ABOUT THE HOBOS
Harry
With a family in the film industry, Harry was no stranger to being in front or behind the camera. Harry’s interest in food started with studying and working with clients in nutrition. Working in San Francisco as a nutrition and exercise coach Harry made sure he found the best quality food for himself and his clients. Shopping at farmers markets and visiting farms became an obsession for Harry. Cooking clean food that tasted amazing was Harry’s expertise.
This obsession with sustainable food merged with Harry’s amateur hobby as a videographer and documentarist. His goal was to make a show that was entertaining and educational. He is all about ethical practices for food and everything else. Responsibility was Harry’s primary concern. Holistic was Harry’s way of life, so he wanted to create a show that was also “Holistic.”
Bruce
As a San Francisco native, Bruce entered the realm of fine dining in his early twenties as a busser in one of the city’s swanky jazz supper clubs The Cypress Club. With more than two decades of experience in the city’s restaurant industry he prides himself on his attention to detail and appreciation of diverse cuisines.
My dad always said “You don’t have to like everything, but you should try it at least once.” When he’s not behind the bar crafting his favorite cocktails, chief among them a small batch sazerac, he can be found in the park on a slackline or hanging out with friends at his local rock climbing gym Mission Cliffs.
