Takaka, a little hippy town just a couple of hours away from Nelson.  It’s quaint, it’s hippy, and there’s climbing.  We love it! But when I found out there was green lip mussels to be picked I was sold.  If there was a little hippy town that I would move to Takaka would be on that list.  The icing on the cake was when we met Miguel our new friend from spain who does excellent video work.  Together we teamed up to do Green lips part 1 and 2 as well as a bunch of climbing videos.  I’ve realized that we need a lot more food videos so, here is part 1 of our green lip mussel episode in NZ.
